There is a handy pass through window to serve margaritas and snacks from the kitchen to your guests in the courtyard. Large terrace level with views of the sea, built in gas BBQ center and seating for dining and lounging in the sun. Third level tower commands stunning views of Sierra Gigante Mountains, the sea and golf course. Amazingly colorful sunsets and sunrises from this supreme vantage point on our comfortable outdoor furniture. Front door opens onto a common area with Bocce court, golf cart and bicycle parking. Back door opens onto a private community courtyard. Walkable location close to beach, golf course and several great restaurants from coffee or pizza to gourmet dining. Also walkable to 2 small stores for stocking up on some groceries and sundry items. Property includes 2 bicycles, 2 tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles and balls, 2 kayaks with life jackets, beach towels, chairs, coolers, beach umbrella.
